Over the past 25 years, HOA has provided and managed mortgages to 3,500 families throughout Southern and Southwestern Ontario.


We have a successful track record of managing over $20 million in municipal and affordable housing program funds such as Municipal Development Charge Deferral Funds, Home Ownership Assistance Program (“HOAP”), Affordable Housing Program (“AHP”) and Investment in Affordable Housing (“IAH”) for the following municipalities;

HOA acts as the mortgage servicing arm for its partners by providing Mortgage Brokerage and Administration services so our partners can focus on developing housing with a component of affordable units.

  • Providing receipts to homeowners when payments are made

  • Attend Group Information Sessions
  • General Mortgage Brokerage and Administration Services as necessary


The provision of mortgages is a regulated service under the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act, 2006 (“MBLAA”) and requires specific mortgage brokerage and mortgage administrator licensing. Through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (“FSRA”), HOA holds licenses as a Mortgage Administrator and Mortgage Brokerage company
