Annual mortgage statements were mailed out to all HOA 2nd Mortgage holders December 15, 2021.  No action is required at this time. If you have any questions in regards to your statement, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please note our building and office remain closed to the general public. 

Appointments must be booked in advance of any visit to the HOA office. 



All homeowners with an active HOA 2nd Mortgage must complete this Declaration of Occupancy on an annual basis. These letters were mailed out to qualifying homeowners on September 15, 2021.

Please ensure all homeowners on title sign the document and return to HOA by November 30, 2021


During this unprecedented time, the health and safety of our staff, clients, and community is of paramount importance.
